The Channel Specialist team is looking for an experienced channel support professional to help engage and support our fast growing network of solution partners. We're looking for someone who can support the operational needs of our partners, as well as assist with on-boarding new partners into our flagship partner program. The Channel Specialists are a global team providing sales transactional, licensing, program & systems support to over 300 Atlassian Solution Partners.
More about you
You have experience supporting partners in the enterprise software industry, ideally at least two years experience in a channel support role and the ability to manage a large number of support requests.
In addition, we expect you to have:
Good problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong team oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles.
Strong analytical skills, proven ability to solve problems and learn new processes quickly.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, multitask and work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
It's great, but not required, if you have:
Fluency in German.
Experience with partner development.
Familiarity and experience using Atlassian products.

You'll be working with different partners every day, not to mention collaborating with Atlassian teams, both across the office and the globe. You'll be an integral part of the global channel team, working closely with channel managers and your channel specialist peers.
